Impact Alamance Conference Center
The Conference Center is open to the public once again!
The conference rooms are available to be reserved Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. unless granted special permission for after-hour events. Room reservation requests will be reviewed on an individual basis. To make a reservation request, we ask that you please fill out the inquiry form. Our new Facility and Events Coordinator, Brittany, is happy to answer any questions that may arise or help with any scheduling needs. Our offices are in downtown Burlington at 133 East Davis Street. With a variety of meeting spaces available, each of our conference rooms are equipped to run hybrid meetings to accommodate attendees both in person and virtually. There is plenty of free, accessible parking available (see parking map). Be advised that the Burlington Police Department is now enforcing the 2-hour on-street parking. Additionally, the parking lot behind the building is reserved for staff and board members of Impact Alamance, tenants of the building and maintenance staff, see all parking details at https://www.burlingtonnc.gov/1391/Downtown-Parking.
*Masks are currently required, but as soon as this protocol is exhausted, we will notify your reservation group. Additionally, capacity regulations are subject to change as social distancing is still enforced.
