The Leadership Institute Alumni Re-Boot

All Leadership Institute alumni are invited to participate in the Alumni Re-Boot program for specialized sessions hosted by Lisa Withers with Leadership Development Solutions and Linda Smith with Splash Performance. Most organizations say that people are their greatest resource. If this is true, it’s time for leaders to look at the practices that attract, identify, engage, and keep top talent. These sessions will address the “battle for talent” from two different perspectives. Sessions are in person at Impact Alamance, and participants can choose to register for one or both of the sessions. Lunch will be provided. There are only 30 spots available per session, so register quickly! We’re excited for Alumni to reconnect with colleagues from your Leadership Institute class and network with new colleagues in the community from past classes.
