In Need of a Meeting Space?

The conference rooms are available to be reserved Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Room reservation requests will be reviewed on an individual basis.  To make a reservation request, we ask that you please fill out the inquiry form. We are happy to answer any questions that may arise or help with any scheduling needs. Our offices are in downtown Burlington at 133 East Davis Street. With a variety of meeting spaces available, each of our conference rooms are equipped to run hybrid meetings to accommodate attendees both in person and virtually. There is plenty of free, accessible parking available (see parking map). Be advised that the Burlington Police Department is now enforcing the 2-hour on-street parking.  Additionally, the parking lot behind the building is reserved for staff and board members of Impact Alamance, tenants of the building and maintenance staff, see all parking details at https://www.burlingtonnc.gov/1391/Downtown-Parking.

Additional Information

Impact Alamance is committed to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for all conference center guests. A private Lactation & Wellness Room is available for individuals who need to express breast milk during meetings or events held at our conference center.

The room is private, lockable, and equipped with comfortable seating, electrical outlets for breast pumps, and cleaning supplies. Guests also have access to a nearby sink and shared refrigerator for temporary milk storage.

How to Request the Space

Conference center guests may reserve the Lactation & Wellness Room by:

  • Calling the main Impact Alamance phone number (336) 221-0011, or
  • Emailing Impact Alamance – impactalamance@conehealth.com – to request use of the space for their meeting or event date

 

Whenever possible, guests are encouraged to request the space in advance. A member of our conference center staff will confirm availability and provide location and access details prior to the meeting date.
